Let's Caffeinate & Create with MJ: August 2019 Paper Pumpkin Kit

Autumn is fast approaching and Stampin' Up!® created this Paper Pumpkin Kit for Cozy Fall Crafting. The beautiful coordinating colors include; Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Merry Merlot, Mint Macaron, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock, and Soft Suede. All these colors create a feeling of Fall with warmth and comfort. Stampin Up!® even created an Add-On Bundle in order to create cards to coordinate with the gift bags in the Paper Pumpkin Kit, and it's a perfect touch to the gift bags created with this kit.

There are always options to "create outside the box" using additional card-stock and embellishments as well as a variety of other products such as;

Note-cards & Envelopes and Mini Pizza Boxes.

You can even create a beautiful seasonal gift tag for a bottle of wine or for a bottle of sparkling grape juice, which makes a great gift for the host/hostess this Thanksgiving.

I created two additional cards using elements from the kit

and coordinating card-stock and ink.

The card above includes a Crumb Cake Card Base,

Crushed Curry Layer, and elements from the kit.

The card above includes a Calypso Coral Base, Crushed Curry Layer embossed with the Layered Leaves 3D Embossing Folder. I created a watercolor wash on the banner layer using Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral and Merry Merlot Inks. I used the reverse side of a tag from the kit and stamped the "Happy" from the "Happy Thanksgiving" stamp in the same three colors using the masking technique.
